Log In
You must log in through the home page to access applications registered to your user ID. To log in:

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right corner or click the Login link under the Applications heading. The Network Login dialog box appears.
    Note: If you receive a Security Alert, click Yes to continue.
  2. Enter your user ID and password in the User ID and Password text boxes.
  3. Press Enter or click Login. The page refreshes and displays the applications registered to your user name.

First Time Login
The first time you log in, you must change your password. A dialog box prompts you to enter a new password. To enter a new password:
  1. Enter the old password.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Re-enter the new password to confirm.
  4. Click Change Password.

Password Guidelines
The password you enter must be:

  • at least six characters long.
  • The password must include:

  • four alpha characters (ex, abcd)
  • at least two numbers
  • no more than 2 characters can repeat. Example: aabc12 is correct.
  • New User
    You can create a new user account to access applications through the home page. To create a new user account:

    1. Click New User in the upper right corner of the page. The New User window appears.
    2. Complete the Contact Information form.
    3. Click Submit. A confirmation of receipt window appears.

    To create a new fleet account:
    1. Click New Fleet User? Click here to order software from the Applications box on the home page. The Customer Order Form appears.
    2. Enter the company name and address in the Company Name and Address text boxes.
    3. Enter your Dealer/Customer code in the text box, if assigned.
    4. Enter the primary (and secondary, if applicable) contact name and address in the Primary and Secondary information text boxes.
    5. Select your customer type (Fleet, Independent Repair Facility, Owner Operator) from the drop-down menu under the Customer Information heading.
    6. Enter the dealership name in the Affiliated Dealer text box.
    7. Select the size of your company from the drop-down menu.
    8. Enter comments in the Optional Comments text box, if applicable.
    9. Click the Send button to submit your user information, or click the Clear button to remove all information from the form without sending. The home page refreshes and displays a new user request confirmation message.

    Forgot Password?
    If you cannot recall your password, you can have the Help Desk reset it for you. To have your password reset:
    1. Click Forgot Password? in the upper right corner of the page. The Forgot Password? window appears.
    2. Enter the required information in the text boxes.
    3. Click the Send button to submit your information, or click the Clear button to remove all information from the form. The home page refreshes and displays a password reset confirmation message.
