The Freightliner Software Help Desk is available to you from 5AM to 3:30PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except
during holiday hours.
If there is an emergency (site completely down, unable to connect to Daimler Trucks North America systems) during our
off hours, the phone will be answered by our Corporate Operations support team and they will page the Help Desk
and we will handle your problem as quickly as possible.
